02 The Prayer Council
Spiritual covering

Meet the Prayer Council
The Prayer Council is a dedicated group of believers who provide spiritual covering for Talantons, its people, partners, and the communities connected to the mission. It is not ceremonial. It is an active place of intercession, discernment, and care.
Led by the Prayer Council President, the council organizes a monthly prayer gathering, receives prayer priorities from leadership and the field, handles sensitive needs with wisdom and confidentiality, and helps keep the organization attentive to what God is saying.
Their role is not to direct operations. It is to faithfully cover the work, encourage the people carrying it, and help ensure that prayer remains woven into the life of Talantons—not added only when challenges arise.
